Scott helped me and my wife buy a house. Hes a true professional because prior to scott we had another realtor who wasn't the best with communication and skillset and submitting offers. In the summer of 2023 , we were looking for a large apartment to rent , in the interim of searching for a new home . We searched for an agent to help us achieve that goal . Very few were responsive to helping us find a rental rather than home ownership . We found Joanie to be quite responsive . She went above and beyond to accommodate our rental search , showing as much vigor as most only would do while being an agent on a home purchase . She found us a great apartment , for a reasonable price which met all of our needs . Earlier this year , we hired Joanie again to help us find a fixer upper home .
